Who I Am And What I Do

If I try to pinpoint what led me to adopt a raw food diet and what keeps me on this path for 13 years already – it’s part of a larger aspiration of mine: to create the life I want for myself, and to live it to the fullest.

  • I enjoy living when I feel good in my body and spirit.
  • I love having plenty of physical energy and I enjoy moving in various forms (I love running, home workouts with weights, and playing with the kids, when at least one of them is hanging on me, sometimes two 🙂).
  • I love having mental energy to be present in my life. That I’m not burdened with fatigue or illness and I’m free to feel and cope the best I can with everything this world brings.

I want not only to be healthy in the future, or to age healthily, I want to feel excellent here and now.
I want to feel at the peak of my potential right now, and all the time – today, and also tomorrow.
I want to live now the life meant for me. To be who I am meant to be in the world.
I’ve learned that my nutrition is a very significant part of how I feel.
Over the years, I’ve become accustomed to feeling great and comfortable in my body, and I’m not willing to give it up 95% of the time.

My professional experience and qualifications:

  • I am a certified raw food nutrition teacher, a graduate of the Mastering Raw Food Nutrition program by Dr. Rick Dina and Dr. Karin Dina (2016-2017). To anyone who asks me where to study: in my opinion, this is the best program in the world in this field.
  • Certified 80/10/10 approach coach by Dr. Douglas Graham (2016).
  • A graduate of nutrition and natural healing studies with Anat Argaman (2015).
  • A graduate of courses in anatomy-physiology and Western medicine at the Open University (2015).

I’ve had the privilege of studying from teachers who are the best in the world in my eyes, and I continue to learn all the time. Other teachers in my life are the people I meet and accompany. In the last decade, I’ve met and accompanied over 1,200 individuals, and I’ve learned a lot about what each one needs and how to accompany different people to success.

What I do as part of what I do 🙂

  • Guiding and accompanying raw food nutrition in online courses.
  • Online personal consultation – including analysis of blood tests, recommendations, and personal guidance.
  • Managing the Israeli 801010 community on Facebook, a community of about 45,000 people interested in a raw vegan diet.
  • A regular speaker at the annual International Raw Food Conference that brings the world’s top raw food experts.
  • Conducting and hosting seminars and weekend retreats of raw food and yoga together with my colleague Dafna Amon.

I am proud of my courses, guidance, and consultation with me. The graduates testify that the course was accurate and taught exactly what was needed, both practically and mentally. Those whom I have personally consulted say that it has brought a tremendous change in their lives. They feel much more energy, have lost weight, and have healed from major and minor health problems.
It is a great privilege for me to be part of people’s journey to realizing their health potential, and I feel blessed to be able to support you in order to regain your health level and the quality of life you deserve. I invite you to take advantage of courses and processes with me and to feel full of energy, healthy, at a natural weight, and to be who you are meant to be in the world.
